We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once it is in the possession of the U.S. Postal Service or any other shipping service. Please contact the U.S. Postal Service or other shipping courier if you have any issues with delivery.
Refund/Exchange Policy
All sales are final.
Due to the nature of handmade items, there are no returns, exchanges or cancellations on any order. However, if you have any issues with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will work with you to correct any problems.
