COVID-19 Response

The coronavirus COVID-19 situation has impacted parcel operations worldwide.
The mailing system is understandably overwhelmed.
Domestic and International parcels will take longer to get to you.
There is a shortage of commercial passenger airlines to carry the mail and many transit/destination postal services have shut down or restricted services. Due to this, please understand international packages will be delayed. 
As there is limited air cargo capacity, the U.S. Postal Service shifted select mail from air transport to sea transport in order to try to move mail internationally. Therefore, typical international shipments that usually take about 7-10 days now take about 4 to 6 weeks MINIMUM. Please keep this in mind if you are ordering outside of the US.
A lot of parcels are not being scanned and may look as if they're stuck but please be patient and know they are on their way but unfortunately delayed. 
We ask for your patience as there is absolutely nothing we can do about this and have zero control over it. We truly wish we could do something!
